Processing Fee

Juniper Publishers

The process of publishing articles in Online Journals is a tedious one that includes a number of steps like editing, proofreading, quality check, web maintenance, plagiarism check and much more. The tasks included in the process of submission and publishing of the journals include some costs and hence the processing fees are required.

Why does Juniper Journals charge article processing fee (APF) for publishing in its journals?

Juniper publishes its journals in open access format. Anyone can unlimitedly and immediately access all PDF and full text content published in our Journals and this means juniper does not have any income from any institutions or any of its online publications. Therefore, Juniper needs to cover its handling, processing and production expenses by collecting article processing fee (APF) from authors' institutes or research funding bodies. Authors are charged a minimum handling fee for each accepted manuscript and the charges are different based on the type of the manuscripts.

Country Research (RA) Others

Withdrawal Policy

This is the policy regarding the withdrawal of an article. It is important for authors to read and understand this policy before submitting their articles.

Withdrawal Request Eligibility

A withdrawal request will generally not be accepted if the author(s) request one during or after the peer review process or during the galley proof (early release) or the finalized and published PDF version of the manuscript.

Withdrawal Process

Timely Notification: Authors must submit their withdrawal request as soon as possible, preferably before the peer review process. Late withdrawal requests will not be accommodated. Withdrawal Request Submission: Authors should submit their withdrawal request in writing to the publication's editorial team or designated contact person. A decision regarding the withdrawal will be communicated to the author within a reasonable timeframe.

Important Notes

For articles granted a publication fee waiver, the full standard processing amount is considered committed toward editorial and production services. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Once an article is withdrawn, it may still appear in search engine results (e.g., Google). This indexing is controlled by third-party platforms and is entirely independent of the publisher. Authors are encouraged to carefully consider submission before initiating the editorial process to avoid unnecessary penalties. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation and look forward to your valuable contribution to the journal. For any questions or concerns regarding manuscript withdrawal, authors may contact the editorial office or the designated journal representative.
